Leading Humanity Care (LHC) is a registered NDIS provider offering personalised, culturally inclusive support across Melbourne, regional Victoria, the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and select regional areas of Queensland.
Our approach is people-first. Every service is tailored to individual needs, built on trust, and delivered with integrity. We don’t just provide support, we create pathways for participants to grow, thrive, and feel proud of their journey.

I’m Harris Faiz, Founder and Director of Leading Humanity Care. For me, this work is personal. I’ve seen the NDIS from every angle operations, compliance, governance, and on the ground with participants. I know the challenges providers face, and I’ve lived the frustrations participants often carry when services fall short.
Over the years, I’ve led provider organisations through multiple flawless audits, built teams that thrive, and created systems that marry compliance with compassion. But I also saw the gaps the places where profit overshadowed purpose, and where staff and participants deserved better.
Leading Humanity Care was born out of a refusal to accept “good enough.” My vision is to build an organisation where:

Staff are not just employees, but advocates who wake up excited to make a difference
Compliance, governance, and participant care work hand in hand not against each other
