Leading Humanity Care (LHC) is more than just an NDIS provider—it is the expression of my personal and professional journey in the disability sector.
My career in NDIS operations, compliance, and strategic leadership has shaped my deep understanding of what it takes to run a truly participant-first organisation. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with NDIS participants, providers, and teams dedicated to making a difference. I led teams through multiple successful NDIS audits with zero non-conformities, developed strategic frameworks for compliance and governance, and streamlined operations to enhance service quality and participant outcomes.
Leading Humanity Care was born out of something more than just professional experience, it is built on a vision to redefine disability care.
Throughout my time in the sector, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges participants and providers face: navigating compliance complexities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and creating a culture where staff are not just employees, but passionate advocates for participant well-being. I knew there was a better way—a way to combine efficiency with empathy, compliance with compassion, and governance with genuine care.
